About
Pastry, to me, is an art form, one that is both beautiful and meant to be shared. My love for baking began at home with my family, where I discovered the joy of creating desserts that bring people together.

Drawn to the precision and elegance of French pâtisserie, I chose to continue my training at École Ducasse in France. There, I learned the classic techniques and refined methods that continue to inspire my work today.

Duo Sucré is an expression of that journey. Every ingredient, measurement, and finishing touch is carefully considered, because I believe the smallest details make the greatest difference.

Whether it's a quiet morning pastry or a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, my hope is that every dessert becomes part of a moment worth remembering.

Every Duo Sucré order is handcrafted with care, drawing inspiration from French pâtisserie and a passion for refined design. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, dinner party, or another special occasion, I'd be delighted to create desserts that make the moment even more memorable.
Duo Sucré is currently a home-based pastry business operating from an approved kitchen in Edmonton. At this time, I offer a thoughtfully curated selection of handcrafted pastries and custom desserts.

If you're interested in placing an order, please send me an email with the details of your event, preferred date, and any ideas you have in mind. I'll be happy to discuss availability and create something tailored to your occasion.

A full catering menu is currently in development, making it even easier to order desserts for weddings, celebrations, and special events in the future.

    Share a few details about your event, including the date, number of servings, and any inspiration photos you may have. A simple email is the perfect place to start.

    I'll get in touch to talk through your ideas, answer any questions, and recommend flavours or designs that suit your occasion.
  • Confirm Your Order
    Once we've finalized the details, I'll provide your quote and confirm your booking. Your date is secured once everything has been approved.
  • Crafted With Care
    Your desserts are thoughtfully prepared by hand using quality ingredients and attention to every detail, ready for pickup on the agreed date.
FAQ
How far in advance should I order?
Whenever possible, I recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes and larger celebrations. This allows time for planning, ordering specialty ingredients, and ensuring your desserts receive the care and attention they deserve. If your event is sooner, feel free to inquire, I will always do my best to accommodate availability.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, Duo Sucré offers pickup only. Pickup details and timing will be arranged during the ordering process.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the item. In general, orders begin at one full batch, for example, one dozen cookies, one whole cake, or one batch of bonbons. If you're unsure, I'd be happy to help determine what best suits your occasion.
